While walking buy an actor named Steve (no last name given), Waititi said the actor was playing Miek in the film. That name should bring back memories for those who’ve read Planet Hulk.

It seems as though Marvel movie fans have even more reason to be excited by a recent report that Thor: Ragnarok will be featuring a scene set in NYC, as that particular scene may feature a cameo by a new addition to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Even though Marvel Studios has said Thor: Ragnarok will be largely set away from Earth, it looks like Thor can’t stray far from New York for all that long. To ease the god’s separation anxiety, it looks like the film will be partially set in New York judging by new set photos.
