Thanos has defeated Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, again. Avengers: Infinity War ($1.61B) has passed The Avengers ($1.52B) at the worldwide box office. That makes Infinity War the highest-grossing film not just for Marvel Studios, but for any movie based on superheroes.
