Fool me once, Man of Steel, fool me twice, Batman v Superman.
Fool me to death, Suicide Squad.
Hey! Who else is looking forward to Wonder Woman? And … why, exactly, are we doing that?

Hope it´s the las thing standing…
Let be honest, Marvel never make really good films but captain america gave hope to the future, so who knows?! lets just watch it without expectations. But WB Studios ooh what a bunch of liars.
I’ve liked all 3 of the current DCEU movies. Wonder Woman looks great too. Yes they have some problems… but overall, I am not complaining.
I like how critics of all these movies complain about the deep-cut comic references that the general audience could never understand without reading a comic, yet then say that “these movies are for the fans” is just a cop-out. And I don’t know about other people, but my family members, who don’t read comics, have had at most two questions while watching these movies. I think the general audience is much smarter than people give them credit for.
Yeah. My family members have had barely any questions – and nothing held them back from following the plot.
The crazy thing is they’re calling us ‘non-fans’ for liking something they’re too brain-dead to see the clear value in. This anti-DC zombie bandwagon needs it’s wheels knocked off.
DC has been making movies that splits fans/audiences down the middle: it was great or it sucked. Marvel creates movies that are unanimous, usually good. So WW will probably split. Honestly I think WB rolled the dice with Snyder and his wife to design their superhero worlds but like a gambling addict they’re trying to argue they’ll do better next time. Their ticket sales are healthy because simply put: it’s a superhero movie and that’s what’s hot right now. Snyder makes everything look cool but he’s terrible at bringing complexity and layers from the script to the screen. WB has changed their writers over and over but still give the controls to the Snyders and it’s dragging everything down very slowly.
Guys, please do not turn into click bait garbage
I stop visiting websites when they openly start sharing their misguided opinions about movies. This is a news site not your blog. Farewell Superheronews…
You are aware this article is from Mashable.com, yes?
Indeed good sir .. but I feel bad reminding you that as a journalist whatever you cover on your website is considered to be ‘Superhero NEWS’ as per the reporting website .. and your ‘NEWS’ says these movies were ‘terrible’ (laughable even if I’m wrong about these movies being awesome) .. even re-posting that is taken by your readers as an opinion and not news. I don’t mean to be offensive btw if that’s how it sounds. That’s just how it is.
Opinion-based articles have been a part of news sites, newspapers, the news itself, since as far back as I can remember. That’s basically like saying outlets like Variety, Deadline, Collider (all news sites) shouldn’t post film reviews because their opinions don’t always align with the readers.
The whole point of opinion-based articles is to start a dialogue between readers to see who agrees, disagrees and WHY.
Outlets like Variety, Deadline, Collider are famous but this is the exact reason why they do not exist in my bookmarks bar and Superheronews does. Reviews are entitled opinions of the reporting medium but that’s where it stops. If I want your opinion I’ll watch your review.. but don’t constantly throw it at people is all I ask. I do not agree that journalists are supposed to opt for opinion based articles without filtering them of their own opinions.
The article could have easily be acceptable if the title was ‘Could WW also be in trouble after the negative reception of ..’ or whatever.. not ‘this sucked so this could suck too’ .. Unprofessional and over assertive IMO .. regardless of how big the site is be it collider or whatever.
Another “if you don’t agree with me you must be stupid because my opinions are facts” type of blogger bashing ok DC films. Honestly it barely fazes me anymore. Really, I liked man of steel, I liked Batman v superman, I really liked suicide squad, and I’ll probably like wonder woman. So if that’s “fooling me” then go ahead and fool away, DC.
