Marvel’s Inhumans has its IMAX release date. The upcoming television series will have its first two episodes debut exclusively in IMAX theaters next Labor Day, which is September 4, 2017. The IMAX run will last for two weeks and then the eight-episode series will begin airing in its entirety on ABC later in the fall.

Why pay a ridiculous price for an Imax ticket, if it will be on the TV a few months later? (I realise not everybody has a large screen at home (I myself don’t), but it’s the principle of the thing.)
