The Man of Steel is coming back to National City!
E! News can exclusively reveal that Tyler Hoechlin is officially returning to Supergirl for its season two finale! No story details are available yet, but his presence alone should be enough to excite Supergirl fans everywhere after his first appearance on the show got rave reviews.
Unfortunately DC and Warner Bros. are still in the mindset that people are too dumb to differentiate between the TV shows and movies. It also doesn’t help that some of these shows are on different networks, so they are more hesitant to do any crossovers (Gotham and Lucifer on Fox, Powerless on NBC, and Arrow, the Flash, Legends, and Supergirl on the CW (the latter being formerly on CBS)). I think they also see that the films are more profitable and probably easier to produce, although their TV shows did earn them $1 Billion in revenue; granted that’s all of the shows put together.
