The Motion Picture Association of America have given Black Panther its expected PG-13 rating. It is the same rating bestowed upon all Marvel Studios movies thus far, and most superhero movies in general. The rationale behind the rating, however, is a bit different and probably very funny.

To YOU it wasn’t, to ME it was… But that’s the point about sarcasm: Leonard, Penny, Raj and Howard get it… Sheldon does not.
That does however not mean that everybody needs to say “sarcasm” every time they use it with Sheldon; it just means that, most of the time, Sheldon does not get it and the rest make fun of him for that. :-D

Sheldon does not get sarcasm because he is socially inept in many areas. Most people can recognize sarcasm. Maybe the idea Black Panther being R rated is some sort of inside joke or some crap that Idk about.
