The Apocalypse here looks like it’s at a really bad angle as he should look bigger than Storm. The child actor has more size but it’s just a really bad photo angle with Adult Apocalypse. The actress for Storm is very small to where I don’t get why he looks so small when he’s a normal height. It’s annoying when the guys making the pictures take such bad angles. The cameraman would have had to go out of his way to screw that up, the actress for Storm is only 5’6″ and is probably under 130 pounds of bodyweight. At that actor’s height and weight, he should look significantly bigger than that actress for Storm. If they’re trying to make Storm look bigger that is fucking retarded when she’s only 130 pounds and that’s now how her character was made in the comics. Storm has a small build, her power doesn’t come from physical strength but mostly her power comes from her magical abilities that are greatly augmented by her mutant power to control weather. She’s not nearly as powerful as an X-Men member because she left magic. Her display of magic would attract the danger of very powerful evil wizards, and she has a lot of bad memories of the evil she did with magic. She was put into bondage and mind control by Shadow King in her youth. She wanted to be good but she was used for evil purposes against her will. She can go back to great magical power in the modern timeline when Forge joins the team. He is a mystic, healer, and creates advanced military technology based on quantum mechanics. When Forge combines his magical knowledge and inventions with Storm’s magic and weather controlling mutant power, they’re a very powerful force together. Storm becomes a great leader of one of the X-teams displaying great talent with the influence and role Forge plays. She becomes a leader of one of the X-Men teams (there’s a yellow team and a blue team of X-Men) when Cyclops goes to create X-Factor to expand the X vision to new places. Forge reinforces X-Mansion with a lot of his military technology around the same time Cable and Bishop join the X teams. Bishop is from the 2060s in an Apocalyptic future, and Cable is from the 39th century and 40th century. The movie footage looks a lot better than the production footage, but there have been some good photos of Adult Apocalypse. I could only guess Apocalypse’s color is ultraviolet to match a higher color frequency of the Celestial technology, while his child form had the blue appearance where if he bonded with the Celestial technology it hadn’t manifested appearance wise yet. In the background of the photo when he’s a child you can see the four horsemen, meaning he was given his role as evolutionary caretaker of Earth by the Celestials by that point, and that they’ve left him many types of technology of all they would have given him. With the blood of Apocalypse others can develop upgrades and immortality as time goes on if they get enough blood probably only his closest followers get so much. He specifically has a specialized Celestial suit only he has, and as time went on used his science to add other abilities to himself while learning how to mold with magic and science many of the technologies that are apart of his Celestial suit, and of the other highly technological devices and craft the Celestials left him. En Sabah Nur was an omega class mutant before he got any augmentation or the Celestial upgrades. When he got the augmentation and upgrades it would still take centuries and millenniums to manifest to much greater levels, also with the technology he can decipher in the Celestial ships he was given. He used ancient Egyptian science to also learn more about magic, technology, and mutant powers. Throughout the ages he continues to learn more science with his converts, and it was said it can take lifetimes to figure out all of the technology of what the Celestials left Apocalypse. His best convert so far in further learning is Nathaniel Essex who’s apart in his great plan that’s partially inspired his current big moves, but he’s also inspired ages later when I don’t think Nathaniel Essex is around for whatever reason. If that’s purple it could be to access the pituitary gland for aggression as the purple plasm can do that. I don’t see any indigo in there that would be access to the pineal gland, and ultraviolet is for intelligence. Light blue, Blue, purple, indigo, violet, and ultraviolet would be a good combination that would make sense. Light blue and blue are communication also for deciphering, indigo is for second sight to see with third eye vision combined with purple, violet is for right neo-cortex access, and ultraviolet is for left neo-cortex access. Purple could be for reptilian complex, and indigo could be for paleomammalian complex in plasms which I can see gives Apocalypse that guided awareness to have those plasms in his Celestial technology. As a child pharoah he was putting together a pyramid where it looks like a lot of it was pre-built with his men and he put the bulk mass amounts together quickly. He could have done this without augmentation because I don’t think the weight was to the same weight as the stadium Magneto picks up. That I don’t know of because how much does a stadium weigh, how much does a pyramid weigh, and how much does the total amount of pyramid blocks weigh of what he held up at a time. Then how long were they both able to hold both parts. How much both of those could have been equal, or what he was able to pick up was heavier than the stadium Magneto picked up. Apocalypse can fight on all fronts and fight multiple men at a time to where I can see him fighting Magneto and others because Apocalypse has a lot of different abilities and can strategize well. Magneto will probably change his allegiance from a horseman to end up fighting against Apocalypse with others because Magneto will end up coming to the conclusion he would do it differently than Apocalypse, and doesn’t like the genocidal slaughter Apocalypse does such as what was done to Magneto to where he finds he’ll become just like the Nazis he despises. Apocalypse did a lot of Nazi like research in Age of Apocalypse on experimenting with people and technology expansion. Each pyramid Apocalypse makes he puts a Lazarus Chamber in, and he can siphon however much energy he wants to make himself massively far more powerful but he usually doesn’t do that as it’s over excessive such as he didn’t do that with most of his face offs in comics. Bryan Singer is looking for his style for how Apocalypse would look, because he wants to find new creativity in his area that would be different than Marvel Studios or Warner Brothers DC. All of his mutants up to now have looked normal in appearance except for different colors, hair, deformations, or spikes, to where now we’re getting a super mutant with a very different appearance so it’s interesting to see how his creativity ends up looking like for the Apocalypse character. It would get boring if they went for the 100% motion capture CGI in this case. It’s a lot different what they’re doing with Apocalypse than with Raven/Mystique, to where while they put a lot of work into Raven it’s still bland compared to the ultimate mutant the person wants to see which there aren’t that many. Apocalypse has one of the most different appearances as far as comic characters go, but there’s a good amount of them I’d put into that category. I’m glad Bryan Singer didn’t copy X-Men: Evolution where the child appearance of Apocalypse is cool but how would he convert to Apocalypse as an adult without copying X-Men: Evolution which that X-Men: Evolution Apocalypse was generic. With telekinesis Molecule Man and Graviton can easily defeat X-Men: Evolution Apocalypse, where Apocalypse is a lot different. As each century goes by, Apocalypse’s Celestial upgrades evolve to manifest more and more on his body. In Age of Apocalypse you can see what Apocalypse is best at, but that’s a reality that’s meant to be prevented. Apocalypse isn’t that good in the 37th to 39th century, but that’s probably because he had such control he uses more moderate approaches for total world domination of 3 centuries (37th Century AD, 38th Century AD, and 39th Century AD in the future of the center reality) while the conditions were very risky for what he did in Age of Apocalypse while he was at his best. While he likes to be at his best in terms of challenge, he doesn’t like to take the risk even though he enjoys it because he has to see absolute success to a great percentage in his planning for such mass purposes. He has more long term goals where the bouts with Charles Xavier and others will come and go, but fate will lead him to the time to rule. He’s challenged himself in very powerful situations for millenniums since his very early years, but hasn’t gone for global domination yet he first attempts in the late 20th century. He’ll take his wins and losses, and he knows for sure he’ll eventually rule even if it’s not now but he still learns and acquires knowledge whether he wins or loses. In the course of millenniums he may lose some battles but he wins the war. The loss to Apocalypse isn’t the problem, but if he’s captured in advanced times the men who capture him will find a way to vaporize him where then Apocalypse can’t continue if he no longer exists. He can try for world domination and fail, but he can’t risk oblivion. He knows he just learns more if he fails in world domination to continue to learn and rule when the time is right. He risked possible oblivion in the alternate reality Age of Apocalypse, and he was brought out of the shadows because Tanya Trask and Rachel Summers revolutionized the sentinel techonology to such levels. His world rule makes sense because if mankind isn’t conditioned they’ll become lazy, to where while barbaric and ruthless it conditions the populations while Charles Xavier would say there’s a better way to maintain and improve mankind, and Magneto says he wants a Utopian society far beyond with the mutants sans mankind. Apocalypse having higher knowledge knows that all humans carry the dormant mutant genes that have been displaying more with the 2000+ test launches of nuclear bombs in the 20th century, and so he cultivates those that can turn mutant and knows that everyone can become a mutant. He will take over the masses where those who thrive under the proper continual conditions are worthy, those who survive are to continually be tested, and those who die are forgotten. Apocalypse can charge magical energy from his Lazarus chambers to have a lot of reserve energy for long term assaults, while he can also charge far more energy for much greater masses of power display. He uses strategic formations and planning with his men, instead of solely relying on just his might when it comes to such vast plans. He displays his might for his power and morale but with a higher purpose of all even if it’s for continual war. But his purpose is war for conditioning as well as increasing the other qualities of mankind.
Apocalypse in his charged up form:
Madelyne Pyror, The Dark Phoenix, Goblin Queen:
In the comics Apocalypse would morph to different physical appearances throughout the centuries with his Celestial suit so that time travelers and others in society couldn’t find him and his immortal armies. The many written records left of him in many lands and in ancient Egyptian hieroglyphs had different depictions because he changed appearances so that he would be hard to find. People could try to hunt him down and destroy him leaving him more work where they could isolate his immortal armies and destroy them to while those armies are powerful even one man lost adds up over centuries to millenniums as those immortals are meant to help in many aspects. Apocalypse has sizable immortal armies but he keeps his numbers only to so much because he only needs so much to get the job done with the right plan. With his four horsemen in temporary periods he can convert much bigger non-immortal armies in quick periods of time but he can’t keep them as immortals where he may not want to be attached to governing a land permanently which is why he goes into isolation. Apocalypse converts humans as well as mutants as long as they’re worthy and believe in survival of the fittest as all humans carry the dormant mutant genes that are activated with more and more nuclear radiation exposure to the Earth since the 20th century, where for millenniums he’s governed vast armies in temporary periods of humans. He can give the blood of himself he siphons through the years which can also give mutant type abilities to those and immortality if they have enough of it. He has many ways of making humans into mutants, and increasing types of powers to mutants as he has a lot of research on that ancient, intergalactic, higher realm, historical, and modern. Apocalypse if found can be hunted down for years at a time as considered a high level threat by huge armies from kings, while Apocalypse is a major threat and has decimated nations in his conquest throughout the millenniums. Time travelers will try to find him and destroy him, but they have to find him where he has many different depictions and is always changing appearances such as they’re looking for the right pyramids that would be Apocalypse’s many pyramids with the Lazarus Chambers in them. Apocalypse will also renovate and change the traps in his pyramids as the ages go by. He has a lot of riches accumulated in gold bullion. He can change the shape of his body such as his arms into weapons, stretch out, and many others things where he morphs but still is comprised of the same organic flesh metal structure from the Celestial technology mixed with his scientific mutant molding, and his original omega class mutant abilities. The older Apocalypse becomes, the more powerful his Celestial suit becomes as it matures as time goes on. His immortal armies’ Celestial attachments also grow and evolve as time goes on. Archangel’s physical appearance changes as he gets older once getting the Celestial technology as it grows and evolves. The Blood of Apocalypse is an interesting story, to where he’s weaker in it because he didn’t charge himself with the Lazarus Chambers using more of his 37th, 38th, and 39th Century AD style he uses in the future where when it’s his time that technique always works. In the far future while he uses practical approaches, where he got fancy in the later 20th century and early 21st century as his great passion years, in the far future he has great futuristic technology and more molding from experience with exposure to an advanced civilization with far more capability with power. In his first major battle against X-Factor with the four horsemen and one of his Celestial spaceships he didn’t charge himself in the Lazarus Chamber which you could tell, but he was still formidable. He gave X-Factor his Celestial spaceship as a gift thinking he can convert Scott Summers with the absence of Professor Charles Xavier. Apocalypse has a handful more spaceships and lots of other Celestial technology he can research into. The Celestial spaceship he gave away was bigger and more powered than the others, and is powered by the perfected use of clean sun energy that stores and runs on 1.5 gigaton TNT yield in joules. It collects energy from the sun rays. Charles Xavier was still watching at the Shi’Ar Empire and was remote influencing Scott Summers, without Scott Summers knowing. Charles Xavier wanted to wean those of the X-Mansion, X-Men, and X-Factor so that they can develop more self reliance as they had so much more potential they could only realize on their own, and so with his disappearance he made it appear as though he was dead. He returned when the X-Mansion, X-Men, and X-Factor were a lot more self reliant and developed a lot of their own projects as the greatest growth period of that movement. Apocalypse didn’t want to go overkill for those assaults because he wants to use his strategy, but depending on the situation he can power himself up a lot more. His first assault with X-Men can be in 1983, but he can return in the modern timeline when X-Factor can develop. Mr. Sinister, who does work for Apocalypse, appeared for him in 2003 to kidnap Jean Grey who went unconscious after becoming Phoenix, and then kidnap Scott Summers in 2006 while sending out a clone of Jean Grey that was Madelyne Pryor who teleported several X members to Nathaniel Essex. She thought she had destroyed them as Dark Phoenix on accident, because she lost control, but she was gene programmed to teleport them to a specific location without her knowing. She thought she was Jean Grey and there was no memory of Nathaniel Essex or the cloning. When Wolverine killed her, she went to Limbo and became Goblin Queen in an alliance with S’ym and bargaining with N’astirh. She still visits Wolverine in his dreams. She doesn’t age because she died, and S’ym with others in Limbo help her to develop other magical abilities to control the Phoenix Force. She was gene programmed to lose control with the Phoenix Force. Apocalypse relies more on his forces than just his own power. On specialized missions that require a lot more power from him he’ll power himself by charging up moreso in the Lazarus Chambers, but he’s used to going with his base power. That could also mean he has a more powered form when he charges up in a Lazarus Chamber where the Celestial attachments show more. Apocalypse has upgraded himself moreso since developing modern genetic research with Nathaniel Essex. Apocalypse has also had to defend himself and his people, as others in the ages would try to destroy them upon seeing them as these “mutant” creations and think that they’re abominations as damned and demonic. But he’s always been highly dangerous going to any region, culling it, and gaining power and resources to where he’s a very high level threat and has always been a very high level threat to any nation he goes to. His own blood parents abandoned him as a baby out in the hot desert to die but he survived of his own will power as an infant baby.
