    I enjoyed the movie to an extent but like Age of Ultron, I just can’t take their films seriously anymore. I’m not saying that BvS was a much better film, and granted I think it’s obvious they were equally focused on world building as they were on the two main characters, but it was nice to see a darker story and a bit more depth in the genre. However, Batman’s actions and the lengths he was willing to go to get the job done (I.e. Drop some motherfuckers in a not so Batman fashion) was frustrating. I can see what the writers are trying to say, he’s older and more jaded, at the end of his rope and all of a sudden this “alien” is wreaking havoc on a city and presumably countless number of people that resulted in death by destruction (More fitting for the “by proxy” argument btw lol). Moreover, I think they had so much potential to really explain to the audience, Batman’s reasoning and how he was quickly thrown back from that darker place that is the killing of thugs. But they had a lot on their plate, the suits behind the film and perhaps it’s just one of those things that will be ironed out through the course of the next several films. Feel free to comment, as random as this comment seems I’ve seen your opinions on the movie and wanted to see what you thought of the DCEU going farward and whether or not these questionable character developments will be given justification.
