Loved the scenes, got excited with the music, then they shoved female empowerment down my throat at the end

My man, the movie is literally about a female superhero in a time period when women were seen as second rate. Not only that, Wonder Woman is probably the largest female role model there is. This movie IS about empowerment. About Wonder Woman venturing out on her own, and melting in with a time when only men fought wars. If you can’t handle that stay at home.

Fair enough. But when you grow up with a feminist, lines like “women are slaves” gets raw real fast.

I’m sorry if life growing up for you was a little rough. But don’t let that influence what’s going on around you or what has happened in the past. I encourage you as a man to brush up on our women’s history. Women need better role models and Wonder Woman is one of the best places to start. She’s a badass.
