Marvel Studios’ smallest franchise is about to hit a growth spurt. Ant-Man and the Wasp landed on box office tracking boards this week and the film is projected to make $75 million in its opening weekend. That may be a big step down from recent Marvel Studios openings, but it’s a sizable step up from the first Ant-Man.
