Black Panther is set for another round of box office milestones heading into its third weekend in North America. Today the Ryan Coogler-directed film will become the fourth consecutive Marvel Studios release to surpass $800M worldwide.
Marvel Studios earned over $800M worldwide with each of their three 2017 releases (Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, Spider-Man: Homecoming, and Thor: Ragnarok). Marvel has eclipsed the $800M mark in five of their last six films, dating back to Captain America: Civil War ($1.15B) in 2016.

Not really. Doctor Strange has a studio that knows how to utilise their caharacters to great effect. Then you have WB…! The JL actors and the fans deserve so much more than what WB has given us so far.

Totally agree. I just mean if you had told me 10 years ago that a movie about Doctor Strange would be a bigger box office hit than a movie featuring the Justice League, I don’t think I’d have believed it.
