Captain America is hanging up his shield(s) and riding off into the sunset.
Over the past few years, Chris Evans has gone back and forth as to whether or not he would continue playing Steve Rogers after his Marvel Studios contract expires. Once he completes planned reshoots and additional photography for Avengers 4 this year, he will be free to do, or not do, as he pleases.
he seems real likely to go anyway – i also think the hulk could be out by avengers 4 also. Tony looks like he might retire (still could die), but the narrative for both Cap and Hulk seemingly shows that death at the right time would bring both of them some level of peace.
One is stuck in a time that he’s still coming to grips with, and the other has been looking for death to quell his inner rage. Tony will be around a lot less I feel also due to his new commitments of being Dr. Doolittle and his drive to complete his Sherlock Holmes trilogy.

agreed, but you know these things happen in good shows and movies – they kill the ones you attach to the most haha
I mean he may still be fine and alive when all is said and done but I thought that through narrative it would be fitting. Banner did mention in The Avengers that he did try to kill himself but the Hulk spit out the bullet so it had me thinking that this could be it for him.

Norton looked a lot more like Banner than Ruffalo, and not everything has to be humorous, which some people mistake for “fun”, Hulk is quite the tragic character, it always has been

He will die then, shame that we do not get to see the helmet and shield anymore, is a aesthetic mistake

I really hope they do not make terrible X-Men movies like they did with the mcu, they are doing great at fox
