Shaun of the Dead and Star Trek star Simon Pegg has leaked news that (apparently) James Bond star Daniel Craig will play a Stormtrooper in Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens.
The 47 year old Chester born actor’s mystery role in latest Star Wars was accidentally revealed by Simon Pegg, who was speaking to The Sun newspaper at the premiere of Man Up in London.
During the discussion, the Hot Fuzz actor said: ‘I wasn’t a Stormtrooper. Daniel Craig, he was a Stormtrooper”, before quickly saying, ‘I shouldn’t have said that.’
007 star Daniel Craig to play stormtrooper in ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’, according to Simon Pegg
