After directing the first Deadpool, which earned $783M worldwide, Tim Miller departed the sequel over the dreaded creative differences. Deadpool 2 was ultimately directed by David Leitch, but before he left the film, Miller helped secure Juggernaut’s return to the big screen.
Based on some concept art shared by Alexander Lozano, it looks like Miller’s vision for Juggernaut was better and much more accurate to the source material than what we ended up seeing in the movie.
What we got in Deadpool 2 was still cool, but I would have loved to see this version translated to the silver screen.
