20th Century Fox is trying to develop as many superhero movies as they can before the studio is eventually owned by Disney. The Mouse agreed to purchase the majority of 21st Century Fox last December, but the deal won’t close for several more months.
In the meantime, Fox is working very aggressively to fill up their superhero slate. One of the projects is Silver Surfer, which is being written by Brian K. Vaughn.
