Earlier today Marvel released a new poster for Avengers: Age of Ultron, and now a new international version has made its way online. Captain America takes a backseat to Robert Downey Jr.’s Iron Man, and there are a few other tweaks as well. Check it out!

Ahhh, see that took me a minute to figure out the difference. I guess making Tony the centerpiece makes more sense.

I like cap in front better. He’s the leader that’s where he should be.

It makes sense to put Captain AMERICA behind in the international version. Iron Man and Robert Downey Jr. are more internationally known, and the patriotism doesn’t really transfer.

Well so many people is asking why not the Cap is on the front, just to know the story remember Robert Downey JR started all, second Marvel keeps fighting to keep him as Iron Man, third one is the only actor who wins on this series more overall the story, fourth one well its kinda movie business here and you all know what is happening at the moment with him

No idea. The other obvious difference is less detail in the background… but it doesn’t really warrant a whole new poster. Why not release the same one, worldwide?

it doesn’t matter whos in front.we all know who th leader is.

By looking at the last two movies, IM3 made 800 mil $ internationally and CA:TWS 455 mil $, so IM3 made double than CA:TWS. And in North America IM3 made 400 mil $ and CA:TWS 250 mil $, so IM3 made 1.6 times more, which is not double. And as I am not from North America I can tell you that the international audience are far more familiar with Iron Man, and I guess Marvel uses that to market the movie. Iron Man brings them more $$$$$.
