Fox controls the film rights to “The X-Men” and “The Fantastic Four.” Could you partner with them on a movie as you did with Sony?
It’s an impossibility at this juncture. We certainly have enough films to keep us busy for a number of lifetimes.

As tired as I am of the Marvel formula in their movies, this sucks. Fantastic 4 truly deserve to have a great movie or at least be featured in a shared movie with other members of the avengers. X-men at least has had a couple of hits, but F4 have been screwed hard over the last decade. It’s a waste of some great characters.

Disney would Marvelize the X-Men and Deadpool and the movies would become underwhelming and formulaic. I don’t want that.

I’ve seen them all with the exception of Dr. Strange and can honestly say I’d be ok with never rewatching any of them. My kids like them but like the DCEU much more.

What sucks is that the only Marvel stories I adored growing up were out of Spider-Man and X-Men… At least the former is aboard but damn Kevin: That really sucks – MCU can’t compare to DC villainy if its missing Magneto, Dr. Doom, Apocalypse, and Galactus. I mean talk about Red Skull, Mephisto, and Loki all you want but damn – there will always be a feeling of emptiness in the MCU without X-Men and the F4 for me personally.
