Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige has been the chief architect behind one of the most successful runs of any studio in recent memory. He deserves a ton of credit, but he also knows how to give credit where it is due. Today, Feige honored Jack Kirby on the 100th anniversary of the legendary comic creator’s birth.
Feige shared a title image from Thor: Ragnarok, a film he described as a tribute to King Kirby. The Marvel Cinematic Universe, after all, is built on a foundation made up of Kirby co-creations like Iron Man, Hulk, Captain America, and Marvel’s iteration of Thor.
