Superhero News reacts to and reviews the brand-new announcement teaser for the upcoming Marvel + Netflix series, Jessica Jones. Following a tragic end to her brief superhero career, Jessica Jones tries to rebuild her life as a private investigator, dealing with cases involving people with remarkable abilities in New York City. The character was created by Brian Michael Bendis and artist Michael Gaydos in 2001, and debut in Alias #1. Marvel’s Jessica Jones will also introduce us to Luke Cage, who will be getting his own Netflix series in 2016. In the comics, Luke Cage and Jessica Jones marry and become members of The New Avengers.
The series also stars David Tennant, Carrie-Anne Moss and Rachael Taylor.
