Brie Larson has been spotted in costume for the very first time as Captain Marvel. The Oscar-winning actress was on a Marvel set in Atlanta yesterday when Page Six snapped the exclusive photos. The filming could have been for Avengers 4 or Captain Marvel.
The costume design matches the concept art shown at San Diego Comic-Con last July, but the color scheme is different from that art and what we usually see in the comics. The green that we see in the costume is usually red.

Hopefully that’s just a prototype suit and it gets an update before the movie is over. That color scheme is atrocious but it does look like the Kree soldiers a bit.

you know how disney works, lots of costume changes within a movie and from one to the next one so they sell lots of toys, it surely will have this one and the red one in the movie, then another one in Infinity Wars, then another one in Infinity Gauntlet, and so on ad infinitum

it has to be the Captain Marvel movie, as I remember it is supposed to be set in the 90s and the vehicle in the background seems to be from that time. I’m intrigued by the green, is it some type of adaptation of her air force suit, maybe? I’m not a huge fan of this design or color choice either.

I think the best part of this costume is, beyond the aesthetics, MCU fanboy Feigebots like Kenton aka abkinxoc don’t even know what’s wrong with this costume.
And why? Because they don’t read comic books. In Kenton’s case comics are probably above his reading level.
