Producers Phil Lord and Chris Miller being approached for the Sony Pictures Animation film, and revealed they had one demand before signing on.
“We said we wouldn’t want to do it unless it was Miles Morales’ story,” said Miller, reminding the audience that there have been ix Spider-Man films starring Peter Parker as Spidey before this one.
