In my country, the console and its games are much more expensive than the usual American/EU prices. He might be having the same problem. Not everyone has the same standards as you have m8.

I had a ps4 and an xbox one for a little while but sold both of them as I wan’t getting much playing out of either them but I will likely buy one again soon because of The Last of Us 2, Spiderman, and a few others.
