The Star Wars galaxy may be poised for a blast from the past in more way than one.
On Thursday, Disney CEO Bob Iger announced the forthcoming Disney+ streaming service would feature a new Star Wars live-action series starring Diego Luna’s rebel spy Cassian Andor, first introduced on the big screen in 2016’s Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. The prospect of seeing Cassian Andor at the dawn of the Rebellion was something greeted with excitement by fans, not least for the opportunity to see more of one of the more compelling members of the Rebel Alliance in happier times.
