Guys get a bigger table, sit more apart from each other a for Gods sake stop interrupting each other. Guy in the middle stop that pain-in-your-ass expression… What a mess
-_- if anyone says this looks like the SNL Black Widow sketch, then you are either a brainless moron or a retard. this show is about her finding herself and accepting her destinity as a super powered being and as a superhero, not to find a boyfriend -_- I like it, and I am already excited for it. Well we will get the orchestra music during the episodes, like in Arrow and Flash. This is from the same creator
Seems rather silly to judge a show by the music in the trailer, which may just be there to help sell the show to female viewers and not actually be representative of the show’s tone. The show will come down to the acting and writing. The lead actress is very charming. The other actors are OK and the special effects are decent for a TV show. Let’s hope the writing improves.
Actually Cat Grant showed up in Smallville. Honestly, this First Look trailer does not empress me. This trailer and more importantly, this show represents another fracture in the VERY STUPID decision by WB to not have a cohesive shared cinematic universe.
I was hopeful until they showed a Handsome, 6ft tall (his ethnicity is a non-issue) Jimmy (I’m sorry, James) Olsen (which kind of defeats the whole purpose of the Jimmy Olsen Character in the first place) saying the things to her that her cousin should be saying to her. The scene comes off cheap and forced and I hope that is not indicative of the show as a whole but I’m not holding my breath. It had some small great MOMENTS in it, but overall, not impressed yet.
From what I saw, and in keeping with comics tradition, Superman is fully established before Kara even lands from Krypton, and in this case he’s even the one who greets her and takes her to the Danvers. Given that the main story takes place some 12 years later, it only makes sense that Jimmy has long-since grown up. I just hope that they actually say “Superman” and not just “my cousin” over and over.
