While we don’t know much about the direction of Season 2 of the series yet, we already know that Billy will return — and by the look of things, he’ll be coming back with a vengeance of his own. Although filming for Season 2 was completed earlier this August, some new pictures from the New York set of The Punisher have just surfaced online, featuring Jon Bernthal’s titular vigilante going to war once more. While the Netflix side of the Marvel Cinematic Universe isn’t a place filled with comic book costumes, these set images showcase the return of Frank’s iconic skull-painted armored vest.

Can’t wait for this season, I just hope that now the whole military conspiracy has been dealt with that we finally get to see Frank going after regular normal criminals in full fury “Punisher” mode
