Arriving just over a week after the San-Diego Comic-Con, Sony has now debuted the third (and presumably final) trailer for Venom. The “Spider-Man spin-off without any apparent references to Spider-Man” is one of those projects that has me (and others) waving the “bad idea flag” for four years. Three trailers, in the strangest thing about this Ruben Fleischer-directed flick is that it so closely resembles Halle Barry’s infamous Catwoman. But that’s only one of its handful of warning signs.

lol Forbes will eat their words in october. Venom looks incredibly faithful to the source material while Catwoman was the opposite. I mean aside from Deadpool Venom is probably the comic book character whose look resembles the comics the most.

It’s amazing how many people fail to see what Begley and Gerber are doing here. People ask “why is this being shared?” Because they run click-bait trash Web Sites and s*** like this gets people’s attention and (in the latter’s case) get free movie tickets while begging for a job.
As far as comments goes, this got triple the amount Gerber’s puff piece on James Gunn got yesterday. See where I’m going with this?
