Today is a huge day for Wonder Woman. It’s been kicking butt at the box office all summer, but today it crossed the $400 million mark domestically. It’s the 27th movie ever to do that, and is now one of Warner Bros.’ most successful movies of all time.
Time Warner, the parent company of Warner Bros., sent out their Q2 earnings report to investors this morning, and reported better-than-expected results. Wonder Woman’s strong performance at the box office was one of the reasons for the strong quarter.

It’s official! Wonder Woman is the biggest DCEU movie in North America. After making another $2.69 million last night, the Patty Jenkins and Gal Gadot movie has now grossed $330.53 million to pass Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice ($330.36M) and Suicide Squad ($325.10M).
Wonder Woman keeps crushing it at the box office, and last night it set another big milestone! With over $609.8 million worldwide, Patty Jenkins now holds record for the highest-grossing live-action film to be directed by a woman. The previous record was held by Phyllida Lloyd, who directed the 2008 musical Mamma Mia!.
