Or Spider-Man: Homecoming, the cast has been awesome in their enthusiasm for the direction and the storylines that we’ve been telling. So it really does, right now, all start with where we wanna take the stories. Certainly as we get to Infinity War there is a sense of a climax if not a conclusion to, by the time we’re at untitled Avengers 4, the 22 movies that will have encompassed the first three phases of the MCU. And what happens after that will be very different. I don’t know if it’s Phase 4, it might be a new thing.”

But they’ll still have sequels for Doctor Strange, Ant-Man, Black Panther, Captain Marvel, GotG, and Spider-Man (All of them should have 3 films like Cap, Thor, and IM).
And it they are thinking about rebooting(which they won’t), good luck recasting characters, especially with Iron Man.
Feige saying Phase 4 may be a “new thing” is like Michael Bay saying that Age of Extinction was a “semi-reboot” when anyone with common sense knows it was a sequel.2 likes -

I think we were all expecting it to be a new start, weren’t we? I mean, if they Thanos properly, they’ll be lucky for any of them to walk away, at the end.
