One of the few to actually get made and keep its original date from that 2014 announcement is Shazam. Warner Bros. announced today that Shazam will hit theaters on April 5, 2019 — the same date given back in 2014. The movie will be released in IMAX theaters, but no word on if it’ll be shot in that format.
