The Penguin cut from ‘Birds of Prey’, will now likely appear in ‘The Batman’

The Wrap reporter Umberto Gonzalez, who broke the Birds of Prey news yesterday, says that The Penguin was originally the villain in the movie. Now he’s teasing that The Penguin will show up in another DC movie, and it’s probably The Batman.
