In Batman v Superman we see Bruce Wayne wake up from a nightmare. He has a woman in bed with him and he pops some pain killers with some wine. There’s artwork by Robert Mapplethorpe hanging above his bed, and according to Zack Snyder, this was to symbolize that sex is a drug that Bruce Wayne uses to momentarily forget about his pain.

I find it stupid that Snyder is telling us these things about BvS years after the movie came out. No one caught onto these little things because NO ONE GIVES A SHIT. This movie and all the dc films (except Wonder Woman) sucked! Trying to get fans to be interested in this by telling us these little things is futile.
